About Our
Founder Kristine

Kristine Cain is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC), parent advocate, and nonprofit leader with years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life's challenges. As the founder of Full Circle Counseling and Wellness Center, she has helped countless clients navigate anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, life transitions, and personal growth.

Throughout her career, Kristine has been passionate about understanding the connection between parent well-being and child development. Her work has shown her that when parents receive the right support, education, and encouragement, families become stronger and children are better positioned to thrive.

This belief ultimately led to the creation of Building Bright Futures, a nonprofit organization focused on empowering parents through coaching, educational workshops, support groups, and community partnerships. By combining professional expertise with a deep commitment to family wellness, Kristine continues to help parents build healthier relationships, stronger foundations, and brighter futures for the next generation.

In addition to her clinical and nonprofit work, Kristine regularly facilitates workshops, leads support groups, collaborates with community organizations, and advocates for greater access to family-centered resources and mental health support.
